History

The home was first shown extant in the 1929 map of Haverford. Despite its inclusion on said map, it is not present in the 1930 census. It was originally a different color scheme, as pictured below, but had its exterior redone sometime between 2012 and 2018.

Robert died in 1955, and the house was put up for sale. In 1956, it was listed at an asking price of $24,500. By 1959, the Neill family was living there. In 1965, the Dyke family are listed as residents. At some point, the Hagner family became the owners, and sold to the Tedescos in 1984 for $105,000. in 1997, they sold the home for $263,000.
